(Grades 3 & 4)

Young Monkeys is the Black Dragon Kai introductory program for MMA. Students are taken through and tested on the following skills – Striking, Clinching, Cage work, Ground Defence, Ground Fighting. When students complete this program they graduate into the Kids MMA Program.
