Black Dragon Kai will be hosting a Gi Day for all students and affiliates that wish to improve all aspects of their Gi & No Gi grappling game. The Training Day will go from 12:00pm - 7:00pm Saturday after the BDK Grappling Championship. Students will learn from our Senior Instructors and Champions in multiple forms of grappling. All aspects of Grappling will be covered from basics to advanced, from how to hand fight your opponent to advanced competition strategies. Close Quarter Grappling and Self Defence will be taught too. Immerse yourself in Grappling over this action packed day. This Gi Grappling Training Day is for all Black Dragon Kai students and affiliates. Please see your Instructor for more details Instructors include multiple Black Belts and Brown Belts in BJJ, Kosen Judo & Submission Arts Wrestling and Freestyle Wrestling.

Attendees will train in 35min sessions with small break in between to ensure no one is overloaded with information or too tired. Regular breaks will also be provided for participants to eat, however NO FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED.
